pdbinfo-big.png The output contains some of the information that can be parsed from the PDB formatted file you have chosen.

A row saying "reconstructed sequence" is showing up if there is a chain break in the protein. Otherwise it is just the same as the always present "coordinates sequence".

EC codes (enzyme commission) are linked to the [enzyme database] if chains are annotated with such information in the PDB file.
